Stuck, a drill that will not file, or a purchase that never landed? Email us: the person who wrote the code reads every message. We reply within two working days, usually faster. Write from the app (Settings › Help › Contact support) and the email starts with your app version and account ID, so we can find you. It never includes your chats. From anywhere else, include your iOS version and what you were doing when it went wrong. Feature requests welcome: they end up on the devlog.
Is K9 Puppy free?
Enlisting is free: the recruit file, one recruit photo and your objectives. Everything after that is K9 Pro. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per Apple Account, then £12.99 a month or £59.99 a year (the App Store shows the price in your currency). One subscription covers every dog in the house.
How do I cancel?
Apple bills K9 Pro, so you cancel with Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › K9 Puppy. You keep K9 Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are Apple's too, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid, but the app asks me to subscribe.
Tap Restore purchases in Settings, on the iPhone signed in to the Apple Account that paid.
Is Sgt. Coach a vet?
No. Sgt. Coach is an AI and can be wrong. It knows your dog's file and training history, not your dog. For illness, injury, a bite or real aggression, see a vet or a qualified behaviourist.
Does Patrol track where I walk?
Only on your iPhone, and only while a Patrol runs. The route is drawn on the screen and never uploaded: our server gets the distance, the duration and how many pulls you marked, nothing else.
New iPhone. Is my dog's progress safe?
Yes. Your recruits, their XP, badges, patrols and talks with Sgt. Coach are kept on your account. Sign in with the same email on the new iPhone and the board is where you left it.
Can I train more than one dog?
Yes. On the Dog tab, tap Add another recruit. Each dog has its own board, ranks and coach; tap one in Your recruits to put it on duty. One subscription covers them all.
How do I get my data, or delete my account?
Settings › Account. Export my data saves everything K9 Puppy keeps about you as a file. Delete account removes it all at once; it does not cancel K9 Pro, which Apple bills. Email works too.
Is there an Android version?
No. K9 Puppy is an iPhone app.
